The Support Team delivers best-of-class customer service to our more than 1600 clients via phone, email, chat, and app. Our goal is to not only support our top-notch client base but increase their customer satisfaction by providing quick and efficient customer and technical service. Our team members are specialists in their respective areas including client training, email and domain support, website design and production.

Our East Coaster!
Andrea, a New Yorker, joined EyeCarePro in 2013. Her core background is in digital and print publishing. Her experience leading creative teams in the production of books, magazines, websites and software has made her an invaluable addition to the team. She delights in the intersection of the creative and technical aspects of website design.
In her spare time she loves to go to the beach and spend quality time with her dogs, family and friends (in that order!).

She manages incoming calls, chats and emails. Prior to joining Support in 2015 she was an Optician for 12 years then a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant and EHR Trainer for 6 years. She rounded out her experience as an optometry/ophthalmology biller for 3 years before coming to work for EyeCarePro. Wow! Her favorite part of the job is turning a frustrating situation into a positive one.
She loves her dog and the beaches at Fort Desoto State Park in Florida and is usually found reading and learning Spanish when not busy at work.

California Dawn has been with EyeCarePro since 2016 and brings almost 30 years of experience to the team both as an Optician and Optometric Office Manager. She loves working with the team at EyeCarePro and the greater team of Optometrists and their staff across the continent.
Her favorite leisure time is spent with 4-legged friends (dogs, cats and horses) in the mountains by a lake.
The “Queen of Domains”!
Tiina is part of the crew in Ontario, Canada and since 2012 has been key in the administrative development of the department. From previous work experience with managers that supported individuals with intellectual disabilities she gained insights in interpersonal relationships. At EyeCarePro she loves getting to know doctors and their staff and helping them navigate through the steps to come onboard.
She spends winters in Canada dreaming of being at her Muskoka summer cottage with her family. Tiina is a cat person who also loves a great book!
She has been working with EyeCarePro since 2010!
Maria’s ability to communicate and empathize was honed in her role as a manager in social services, specifically with individuals with developmental disabilities. She loves working to help educate people about eye health, which can lead to healthier, happier lives.
She would really love to stay on the French Riviera, or hang out at home in Ontario with her family and dog, Spader. She enjoys cooking, baking, reading and watching movies!
She has also been with the Support team since 2010!
Experience in writing press releases was an instant plus for the team. She takes innovation and attention to detail seriously and is located in Jerusalem.
She loves reading, cooking and spending time with her family as well as visiting all sorts of places in the Golan Heights.

Way back in the website stone age, Dave was answering the phone, building sites, managing domains, billing clients and basically doing it all for EyeCarePro. Although he now has other responsibilities, he continues to support the team and our clients when his expertise is needed.
Dave hails from Ottawa and can be found canoeing and camping with his family when not sitting at the keyboard.
